• 2. Port Blair to Havelock & Neil Transfer by private Cruise (Makruzz/Green Ocean/Bhagya Express) kindly note if private ferry is not operational or unavailable of seat at the time of booking then Passengers will be proceeded by Govt. Ferry as an alternate option.
• 3. We will not be held responsible in case of Cancellation of any Boat/ferry(like Makruzz/Green Ocean/DSS/Coastal Cruise Etc) subject to Weather conditions or any reason, but if the Boat/ferry will refund then we will refund same.
• 4. No refunds would be offered on the government ferry tickets or Private tickets, if already purchased.
• 5. We are not responsible for any change / cancellation in boat operation timing.
• 6. Mentioned timing is only indicative and may vary on weather conditions.
• 7. Second sailing for private ferry where indicated is subject to load factor.
• 8. We will be not liable if changes in itinerary happens due to change in ferry timings.
• 9. Kindly share accurate detail of yours to avoid inconvenience on boarding time.(If details are wrong customer will be responsible for everything)

• 11. For Indians tickets can be booked only 10-15 days in advance and all tickets and seats are subject to availability.
• 12. For all foreign national the RAP is required to book tickets and hence can only be bought after your arrival subject to availability.
• 13. Charges may be different at the time of booking.
• 14. Please note that the charges mentioned are only for the base category and incase the same is not available, we shall try and block you either on the DELUXE or ROYAL category and the difference amount will be extra will pay by you. We offer to book only the base category in our standard package.
